Harper Woods officers responded to the area of North Harper and Wildwood at 1:00 pm today to assist Grosse Pointe Woods Police Officers who had attempted to make a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle. The stolen vehicle fled from the GPW officers, the vehicle came to a stop near Wildwood and two males suspects fled on foot from the vehicle through rear yards in Harper Woods. Harper Woods officers captured one suspect in a rear yard on Huntington and located the other suspect running down Parkcrest. He was also taken into custody. Harper Woods officers turned both suspects over to GPW officers who took them to their station.
