ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Elzie Butler. He is a 70-year-old male Black adult who was last seen on January 16, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. His last known location is unknown.
Mr. Butler is 5’6” tall, 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. His last known clothing description is unknown, but he is possibly wearing two gold chains.
Mr. Butler has a mental health condition, and his family is concerned for his well-being.
