At 2000hrs 2-16-10 Chief DepGery Thobe upgraded Mercer County "unincorporated" areas to a Level 2 snow advisory 
At 2000hrs Chief Deputy Thobe upgraded Mercer County to a Level 2 snowe advisory for the "unincorporated" areas of Mercer County. this includes all state routes, county roads and township roads inthe Unincorporated areas of Mercer County. A Level 2 snow advisory means roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Some roads are becoming impassable. Only those who find it necessary should be out on the roadways. Use extreme caution while driving.
