Full Notification

Please be advised that on Wednesday, February 10,2010 at 12 noon Chief of Police, Robert L. Leman has declared that a SNOW EMERGENCY exists pursuant to Michigan Motor Vehicle Code Statute 257.252d. All vehicle owners SHALL REMOVE their vehicle fronm the public roadway. Vehicles not removed will be towed by the Police Department to a place of safekeeping at the owner's expense. The "SNOW EMERGENCY" will remain in effect for 48 hours (February 12,2010) unless extended by additional notification by the office of the Police Chief.
