The Escondido Police Department is wrapping up police activities in the area of 660 North Quince Street. Quince Street, between Mission and Washington Avenues, will be clear for vehiclular traffic by 6:45 pm this evening. Earlier in the afternoon, the Escondido Police Department's Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT Team) was deployed in response to a report of an individual being held against their wil at that location. This incident was peacefully resolved with no injuries.
