Third arrest made in Carjacking
Harper Woods police have arrested the third person believed responsible for the Carjacking that occurred over the weekend.
A juvenile from Detroit was arrested last night and is being held in the Wayne County Youth Home. In total, two juveniles and one adult are in custody. The Wayne County Prosecutor is making a determination on trying the juveniles as adults.
