Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person Crystal Diane Spencer. She is a 43 year-old female White who was last seen on the 1700 block of Santa Anita Avenue in South El Monte, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Spencer is 5’08” tall, 125 lbs, with blonde ponytail and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black leather jacket and black pants.
She has a possible destination of Los Alamitos.
Ms. Spencer is diagnosed with mental health issues. Her loved ones are concerned for her well-being and asking for your help.
